Our Attorney's History of Success
Dale opened his Montgomery County office in 1994. He specializes in wills, trusts, taxation, entities, and business strategies and has represented numerous individuals, families, small and medium sized enterprises as well as public companies. Dale also has substantial experience in real estate matters, corporate governance, and business succession planning. Using his CPA skills, Dale's taxation practice includes tax preparation for individuals, companies, and fiduciaries. Dale is proud of his long-term client relations, including four generations of families originally served by his father T.E. Dossey, Jr., CPA beginning in 1948. Dale and his wife Nancy have been married 45 years and have lived in Montgomery County since 1983. Dale proudly served on the Montgomery ISD Board of Trustees for 17 years.
