Based on our conversation, we can prepare estate planning documents and email them to you for review. If you need notary services, we can make accommodations for you here at our office, or if you prefer you can handle the signing of these documents yourself outside the office with a mobile notary. We can also advise you on how to update beneficiary designations to eliminate or reduce the possibility of needing to probate your Will.
