Deborah Ellsworth, JDAssociate Attorney
Deborah Ellsworth is a third-year associate who specializes in guardianships, probate, estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning. In addition, she handles business and real estate matters.
Deborah holds a JD from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Rice University. She is a member of both the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Texas Bar College. She particularly enjoys working with families as they plan for the evolving needs of aging parents and children with disabilities.
Deborah regularly serves as an Attorney ad litem for individuals in need of a guardianship and she volunteers as a Court Visitor for individuals under guardianships in Montgomery County.
In her spare time, Deborah enjoys traveling, volunteering at her church., and spending time with her family, particularly her eight-year old niece.
